Our Story

Hi, I’m Loryn. I’m a 2011 graduate of San Diego Culinary Institute and lover all things charcuterie. If I had to pick a last meal, a massive charcuterie board with a glass of wine would be it. There’s nothing better in the world! This dream was born out of passion and necessity. When a global pandemic kept me from my job as a cooking instructor at Tspoons Cooking School, something new was bound to be born. Enter Picnic Grazing Co. We offer Picnic Boxes, platters, boards and grazing tables packed full of everyone’s favorites- cured meats, cheeses, house-made jams and spreads, and all of the other traditional charcuterie accompaniments. It has been my joy and privilege to safely deliver delicious happiness in a box to doorsteps all over Orange County during this season.
